"Love this place for a quick meal at any time of day. They are open 24 hours a day/365 days a year. The staff is friendly and service is quick. It's always clean and inviting. I recommend hashbrowns with cheese and topped with chilli. Their patty melt is another good option for a quick sandwich that is served hot."

"They were packed today, because of the UGA/Notre Dame game. But we got our food fast, hot and fresh. Lisa was fantastic. The staff was happy and friendly. Coffee was perfect. Will be back very soon!"

"Waffle House is the late night, after party spot. It’s the thing you crave when you’re hungover the morning after drinking one too many in Downtown Athens. I will forever love this spot and the memories I’ve made here from college and beyond. Service is southern hospitality with a little sass and your food comes out pipping hot cooked to perfection. Don’t expect your table or the floor to be the cleanest you’ve ever seen, but know they run a tight ship and do maintain the store well. During my last visit, I ordered a Strawberry Shortcake Waffle, a recent addition to their menu. It reminded me of the Strawberry version of the Special K cereal in the best way. I also ordered a side of hashbrowns covered, peppered, diced and chunked, which came out deliciously. I’ve ordered for pick up before in the past and they are speedy!"

"Food is exactly what you'd expect from a Waffle House, but this specific one is definitely up there. I had a childhood of late night trips to Waffle House, and got to relieve that with my best friend. Clean dishes, good vibe, quiet and chill. And the staff was friendly, putting up with our incoherent tired laughing fits and regularly checking up on us. Working the night shift is definitely a service that doesn't go unappreciated. Grateful for a place that I can be delirious with my family."
